Our Client is a multinational company operating in the Oil & Energy sector.


FUNCTION

Reporting to the General Counsel and the Legal Director, the main activities of the job include: provide administrative and paralegal support to the Legal Department; coordinate the preparation, filing and submission of legal documentation for the Company and Special Purpose Entities; manage legal correspondence and support scheduling of internal and external meetings and appointments; maintain and administer the Legal Department filing and document management systems, ensuring confidentiality and traceability of records; organize and register legal data and documentation electronically; support the preparation and review of legal and corporate documents relevant to the department’s activities; monitor and update legal and regulatory databases to ensure legislation and compliance requirements remain current; liaise with law firms, regulatory authorities, contractors and other external stakeholders whenever required; support the Legal Department in day-to-day operational and administrative activities; maintain confidentiality of legal and corporate records and information; assist with departmental reporting and administrative controls; promote compliance with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) procedures and standards within the workplace.


Requisitos

Degree or Diploma in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration or related field;

Minimum 03 years’ experience in legal administration support, paralegal support or corporate administration environment;

Experience working in a corporate environment will be an advantage;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;

Fluent English and Portuguese are mandatory;

Strong written and verbal communication skills;

Strong organizational and time management skills;

Attention to detail and confidentiality awareness;

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously;

Mozambican nationality.
